The Keywords are the words "reserved" for use within the language that have special meaning and can not be used as variable names or identidicadores (unless it is forced through the use of square brackets "[]").

visualbasic.net reserved words are words of which it is recommended to know its meaning, as long as they depend on the program that we do.
Katherine, we have a glossary section where you can find some definitions, you can see in http://www.solovb.net/index.php/category/glosario/ the purpose of this list is not to see each definition, but simply know that there and are "reserved words".
